Collection Representative
My client is a full service Business Process Outsourcing company. This company is looking for strong Collection Representatives. Medical Collections experience preferred. Great Customer Service Experience with Inbound/ Outbound call volume. Must have knowledge of Fair Debt Collections Practice Act (FDCPA).
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts (300+). They offer a competitive bonus program.
Working hours: 8-5
